Who owns the brand?
You do. The brand is built in a business entity you own, and the trademark is held in your name. The specifics are set out in your written agreement with Ownable Ventures.
How does Ownable Ventures get paid?
Our ongoing compensation is a share of the brand's net profit rather than a monthly retainer. We go through the full terms on the call, and everything is in your agreement before you commit.
How involved do I need to be?
That depends on you. Our team runs daily operations, and you approve the plan and make the key decisions. Most owners join regular check-ins and review reporting.
Is this hands-off?
No. Owning a brand is an active business. We do the heavy lifting on operations, but ownership comes with decisions and responsibility.
Do you guarantee results?
No. E-commerce involves real business risk, and results vary from brand to brand. We don't promise sales, profit or timelines. What we commit to is an experienced team, clear communication and honest reporting.
